POSITION FILLED

We are pleased to announce Rachel Reese as the successful applicant for Kuranda Enviocare’s position as the new Kuranda Yellow Crazy Ant Community Taskforce Coordinator.
Rachel has much community engagement experience working in conservation and environment roles in government for 18 years, including senior leadership roles. Most recently she worked in NSW Parks and Wildlife Service managing a diverse team working closely with Traditional Owners to co-manage the largest Indigenous-owned national park in NSW.
Rachels’ passion and love for the Wet Tropics and working with the community to care for our natural environment will be an asset to the Kuranda community and the Wet Tropics Management Authority – Yellow Crazy Ant Eradication Program.
Rachel is a resident of Kuranda and she looks forward to working with you toward a shared vision of protecting our magnificent and Biodiverse Wet Tropics World Heritage Area.
